High End Commercial & Residential Conversion
Consisting of 57 executive apartments, this commercial to residential conversion development consisted of mixed-use elements, including residential units, ground floor retail and restaurant facilities and a roof top penthouse extension development.
Project Execution
The original commercial structure was in much need of a face lift having not previously seen any external improvement for many decades. The scheme required the external facades to be both contemporary and efficient throughout its planned life cycle.
StanLil were instructed to undertake a mixed and varied series of construction and fit out packages throughout the development: Contracted to implement internal steel works, including the essential fire protection system for the steel and the required fire stopping component were installed, ensuring a cohesive fire compartmentation system was implemented throughout the build.
Striking, Contemporary & Desirable
The internal fit out package found StanLil responsible for the drylining, 1st & 2nd fix joinery and flooring solutions. The varied flooring types consisted of a requirement for wet screed, the Knauf GIFAfloor dry screed and raised access floor systems in several areas within the build.
Being contracted for the combined internal fit out packages, ensured the quality and craftmanship that is our trademark here at StanLil, to be fully integrated. The finishes and decorations were undertaken by the StanLil trades people to the very highest standards, delivering clean and sharp looks demanded by todays modern thinking apartment owners.
Of particular note is the 7th floor extension, with its commanding views of the London skyline, provided the development with four stunning penthouse suites finished and appointed to an enviably high standard.
