StanLil Construction Ltd values your privacy and we will do everything we can to protect it. We follow guidelines on how we collect data and why. All staff who deal with personal data have read and agreed to the privacy policy and have a responsibility to adhere to it.

We collect personal data from emails, telephone calls and submissions from our website, this will/can include:

Any enquiries sent to us will be dealt with in a professional manner, this data could possibly be shared with other members of staff and our accountants depending on the enquiry, but it is not passed on to third parties unless we have permission to do so.

We only obtain data if it is sent to us, we do not use third parties to collect personal data.
How do we use personal data?
We use the personal data sent to us to ensure we provide the best service. We only retain personal data for as long as necessary to deliver the service we provide. Personal data can be kept for up to 6 years as part of an accounting record, but access to this data is strictly limited. After 6 years unless the data is needed for a particular investigation it will be destroyed securely by shredding and being deposed of under confidential material.
To Whom might we disclose your personal data?
Within our organisation and other organisations who work closely with us to provide our service, personal data will be given to them to carry out the work necessary.
We haven’t and never will sell your personal data. If at any time personal data is stolen or in a data breach, we will make you aware, we may also have to share information with the police or similar public body.
How do we secure your personal data?
We take appropriate measures to ensure we keep your data as secure as possible.
Software security is installed on all computers which constantly scan for malware and viruses, all computers are also encrypted.
All paper files kept are in locked cupboards in the office and anything not needed will be shredded and disposed of securely.
We like to keep personal data up to date, if you notice any errors on our correspondence to you, or if some of your personal data changes please make us aware as soon as possible.

Under the GDPR you have certain rights over your personal data that we hold, these are:

- To request rectification of any errors
- To delete it once we no longer need it
- To erase all personal data that we hold
